I find it difficult to catch photos of my birds, that is why I pinch mine from the internet, yours are lovely Sara. I love all birds, blue tits are so sweet and I enjoy watching them flit around. I have got today off work and I am seeing the birds I don't usually get to see, the lovely song thrush for example. x

It's bird day apparently! My post today was of the Tufted Titmouse -- probably a close relative to your birds!

They are great fun to watch!

These bird pictures are terrific -- enjoyed seeing them! Great color, especially against the stark branches.

These are pretty birds, with the blue coloring. Anna's Hummingbirds are busy in my garden right now.
Happy GTS,

Hi sara,
I have been putting out Niger seed in feeders only Goldfinches can use and over time their numbers have built up.It's worth trying it even if you think you don't have goldfinches as they will turn up at some point.

Cheers Mark

True it is very hard to get a photo of these acrobatic titmice and without zoom lense I don´t get a decent photos, yours are lovely! I hung a few bird feed balls into the trees of our garden and now I can watch Great tits (Parus major) , sparrows and a robin that seems to stay here all winter.
HAve a nice GTS
