  1. They sound great. I love sausage and Brats but don’t get to have them often.

  2. Hi Curtis, I have to say these are the best sausages I have tasted. What are Brats?

  3. I think Curtis means Bratwurst (German for sausage). They are different from our English sausages and in my opinion not as meaty. Give me a good old banger any day! I’m in the USA at the moment and craving sausages and rich tea biscuits! (not at the same time)

I am glad you could explain the brats and thanks for your opinion about the sausage you like. yes I’m not sure sausage would go with rich tea!!!

  5. Hi Sara, I always cook my sausages in the oven too and in the summer we often get the barbie out to cook them, it is electric so no trouble to get going at short notice. We may have sausages again this week seeing it is British Sausage Week, although I haven’t come across the brand you have trialled, are they made out of your meat? We usually have ours with sliced onions/peppers roasted in the oven, mashed potato and baked beans, or in a homemade Toad in the Hole, which is one of our favourites meals of all, both of us loving Yorkshire Pudding!

  6. Hi Louise,
What a great comment you have left. Thanks for taking the time to leave this comment. The brand are not my sausages but a another Yorkshire farmer’s which are superb and highly recommended. I like toad in the hole too - you can’t not if you are from Yorkshire!!!
