My dad had some Fresians among his herd of Holsteins. We kids couldn't tell the difference, but he certainly knew. I can't remember why he bought them--over a half-century has passed! He also had a couple of Guernseys and Jerseys, both of which supposedly produced higher milk fat. Now that I can remember. Aiyana I hadn’t thought of Fresians in many years, until I saw your post.
