It's just beginning to clear here, and I've just been out quickly to plant the zinnia envy that I am determined to grow in this garden (it's a years-long saga of damping off and slugs!). 10 sturdy little plants put into very stony ground, watered in. It was great fun down on the farm seeing all the animals and guinea fowl keets and watching the blue tits flying back and forth from the nest, it was a real treat for us all!
