  1. We had a pig called Porky. The smallest ones in the litter were always called Harry!

  2. Napoleon? Snowball?

Less literary, more literal: Rasher, Squealer, Bubble and Squeak (for a pair), Snuffles, Truffles and Lord Snood (a farming pal’s name for a favourite pig).

  6. Great names! Not sure if the pigs will want to be reminded every day of what is going to become of them though, ie brawn, black pud, bacon etc! x

  7. Hows about ‘Bangor’ as in bangors & mash?

Or how about something totally non-piggy related like Richard, or Andrew etc. Our friends had a cat called Brian and a dog called Graham, always got a giggle!

I also like spellings as names, for example ‘cee-aye-tee’ for cat, ‘dee-ow-gee’ for dog so that would be ‘pee-eye-gee’ for one of your guys.
