You are so creative. I meant to buy some apples this weekend because we kept passing road side stands with apples on our trip. Even though I'm in the US, if I'd know it was the UK apple day Sunday, I would have been sure to. Nice to hear about your traditions. Maybe I'll go to the farmer's market this weekend and get some local apples.
