The winner of the Farming Friends “Foto” of the Month Competition for August is Teresa.

What a lovely photo you have chosen as your winner, it really does sum up all that is lovely about this time of year. It also evokes memories of my life on the farm, although in those days the bales were rectangular.

Hi This is my patch,
I am glad you like Teresa’s photograph. The judge felt it was an excellent photograph that conveyed what farming is all about. I look forward to hearing more of your farming memories. it’s interesting how farming moves on and rectangular bales seem to be in the minority, at least on our farm.
