Twin Goat KidsThis is a picture of 2 goat kids trying to be king of the rock. They are twins. This was taken when they were about a week old.

Farming Friends would also like to thank the following for their entries - the judge said it was hard to choose:

HarvestingMarian told me that she had been wanting an image of harvesting for some time. Then, one day in September, while standing at the edge of a field just outside Whitchurch, Shropshire, watching the combine, (camera in hand), she was approached by the land owner who invited her to taken some pictures for him. This was the result. Marian said, “I was so pleased to be able to get close up to the machinery.”Horses at Dinas

This photograph was taken by Virginia on Sunday 7th October at Dinas in Pembrokeshire. Virginia said that, “Soon they will have long shaggy coats and be looking very windswept and cold!”

Wild FoxglovesThis photograph was taken by Lorna @ Family Natters while on holiday in Cornwall this year. The foxglove was growing wild in a wheat field.
