					<description>We've had rhubarb for quite a few years now.  We'd like to expand, but I'm such a procrastinator I don't always remember in time.  I need to separate what we do have as well.

I like to make rhubarb crisp.  It's rhubard cut into small sections with sugar in an 8X8 pan.  Then I top it with oatmeal, brown sugar and butter.  YUM!</description>
